Applications are invited from the local residents of the Tinsukia District for engagement of Para
"Who may apply?
(1.) Persons from Tea tribe community
HONORARIUM: Rs. 500/- (Five hundred) per day in a month on 'NO WORK NO PAY' basis as per the
Guidelines framed by Assam State Legal Services Authority, Guwahati, from time to time.
N.B. The work of PLVs does not carry any salary, remuneration or wages.
HOW TO APPLY:
1) Application in prescribed format addressed to the District Secretary, DLSA, Tinsukia.
Assam, along with self-attested copies of relevant certificates & testimonial, 3(three) recent self-attested passport size coloured photograph should reach the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Tinsukia on or before 21.08.2025. Applications may be submitted by hand on all working days between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm./ or should reach to the office of the undersigned BY POST on or before last date of receiving application
2) Belated and incomplete application will be rejected summarily.
3) The Department shall not be responsible for delayed postal delivery of application beyond the date fixed.
4) Any application by post or hand received after 21.08.2025 shall not be entertained.
5) The interview shall be held on 22.08.2025 in the conference hall of District Judiciary Tinsukia from 3.30 PM to 5.00 PM.
6) No TA/ DA shall be paid for attending the interview for the selection process.
Copy to (with prescribed application form) for information and necessary action to;
1) The District Commissioner of Tinsukia. The System Officer, for uploading the advertisement and prescribed application form in the official website of District & Sessions Judge, Tinsukia District.
3) The President/Secretary, Bar Association, Tinsukia/Margherita/Sadiya.
4) The District Information and Public Relation Officer Tinsukia requesting him to publish the advertisement in the print media and news portals.
5) Notice Board of office of District and Sessions Judge/DLSA.
