1. Skill Project Manager -Social Mobilization & Capacity Building

Educational Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate degree in Sociology/ Anthropology / MSW/ Psychology from a recognized university with a minimum of 7 years experience in a relevant field
Salary: Rs. 75000/-
2. Skill Project Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation
No. of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate and MBA from recognized university with minimum 7 years’ experience in relevant field
Salary: Rs. 75000/-
3. Skill Project Manager – Placement & Post Placement Tracking
No. of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate degree in Human Resources/ MBA (HR) from a recognized university with minimum 7 years’ experience in relevant field
Salary: Rs. 75000/-
4. Skill Project Manager – Human Resource & Administration
No. of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate degree in Human Resource/ MBA (HR) from recognized university with minimum 7 years of experience in relevant field
Salary: Rs. 75000/-
5. District Project Manager – Training
No. of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: MBA/PGDM/MSW/PGD in Rural Development/Management/MA- Sociology/BE/ B. Tech along with a minimum 3 years of experience in Monitoring Quality Assurance and Evaluation of Training Delivery, experience in institutions like ITI/TSPs/Polytechnic will be preferable, etc.
Salary: Rs. 25000/-
